Refund Policy

Overview
Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is limited. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
Document Templates (Instant Download)
Because document templates are delivered digitally and immediately accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been downloaded or a personalisation form has been submitted.
However, we will issue a full refund if:
- The document cannot be downloaded due to a technical error on our platform
- The document delivered is materially different from what was described
- A duplicate charge was made in error
Custom Drafting Orders
For custom orders, a full refund is available if requested before work begins. Once the drafting process has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
Subscriptions
Subscription refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no documents have been downloaded under the subscription. After 48 hours or first download, no refund is available for the current billing period.
Wallet Credits
Wallet credits earned through ads, referrals, or platform rewards have no cash value and are non-refundable. Wallet credits purchased via payment are refundable within 7 days if unused.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at admin@legalshelf.splp-law.com with your order reference number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by Nigerian consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
